During this observation, your dedicated senior practice consultant will spend a full day in-office with you and your team. They will capture the current state of your practice, assess current patient education materials, and gain clarity on the goals and desired state of the practice.
Utilizing your practice’s current state analysis, you and your office manager will work hand in hand with Bart Knellinger and Dr. Gregory Toback to create systems of efficiency within the office. They will decipher short-term and long-term goals, identify strengths and weaknesses within the practice, and pinpoint opportunities inside and outside of the practice. Learn to standardize your interview and hiring process and develop streamlined reporting to have true transparency.
You will identify industry trends in your community and construct a personalized marketing strategy and growth plan for your practice. Establish a self-sufficient office by creating Key Performance Indicators within your practice that will help you hit your growth plan.
Take the next 3 months to work with your dedicated senior practice coach to implement all systems and processes within the practice.Your senior practice coach will direct you and your team to track KPI’s, implement tracking and report systems, and will be active within your practice to ensure progress.
There are many challenges and obstacles that practices endure in regards to their sales process, from scheduling appointments over the phone to treatment plan acceptance and completion. Dr. Gregory Toback and Bart Knellinger will discuss the necessary tools to create a cohesive sales process to not only acquire, but convert treatment plans into production. You will analyze and review all KPI’s and reporting with Bart Knellinger and Dr. Toback to adjust for the next quarter.
Return to the office and update the current patient education systems as necessary and recommended by the HP3 and Progressive Dental team. Your senior practice coach will train your team on the proper techniques to overcome the struggles that cause new patient percentages to plummet.
They will be taught how to acknowledge price shoppers & insurance driven patients, and pivot the patient's perception to be focused on the value of the clinicians and the practice rather than the price. The practice will learn how to treatment plan on the patient's “primary desired outcome,” and multiple financing options will be incorporated into the practice for greater treatment plan acceptance rates.
Master the art of scaling effectively with practice and associate acquisition. Learn to create a raving fan experience for every patient and how to take their experience and replicate it for others in the community. Establish yourself as the expert in your market to both direct patients and referring clinicians by creating consistent, compelling content based on your raving fan experience. Review your practice’s KPI’s and adjust accordingly with Bart Knellinger and Dr. Toback to meet practice goals. Create goals for 2018.
